Refund & cancellation policy

Unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout, you may cancel or return eligible unused items in original packaging within the period required by applicable Indian consumer law, or within 7 days of delivery — whichever is more favourable to you.

Prepaid refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet) after the return is approved. Cash-on-delivery orders are typically refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account you provide. Custom, perishable, unsealed hygiene, and made-to-order goods may be non-refundable where the law allows.
